"Extremely rude call operaters. Twice I have called because the prices are good, but the service is abysmal. As a tourist in the city, I expected some help with finding out where I was, I was at lidle, but there were two. And the one in Childers road didn't ring any bells with the man on the phone. So he told me to not waste his time and that I'm an idiot. True enough he was the idiot, another taxi company knew right away."
