"Had to go to St. Johns Hospital the other day. Rang this company. Driver came in wheelchair taxi which had a spare wheel where you put the chair. Driver dod not really know how to set up things properly as it took about 10 minutes before he could even close the door at the back. I was charged €12.00 for a five minuye journey. I rang when I was finished and waited almost an hour befpre I rang and cancelled the taxi. This company is a joke and I will NEVER be using them again!"

"I had booked a car for 6:50am. At 7am the driver rang me asking for exact location and it transpires he was in the wrong county, 12kms away. The guy taking my booking wouldn't take my eircode even though I offered it at the time. I had given my full address twice when booking. There wasn't a hope of me making my appointment on time at this stage. Absolutely dreadful service."
