"I would highly recommend Dr. Rafique. He is conscientious, thorough and kind. He doesn't rush patients but spends time listening to them. He cares about his clients which he protrays in the high level of attention he provided on my visit today where he spent over 20mins conducting a thorough assessment. Thank you Dr. Rafique Also, Yvonne the receptionist is friendly, approachable and caring - I can't thank her enough for the warm welcome scheduling the appointment .."
"Yvonne the receptionist, is absolutely one of the worst mannered people I have ever met and spoke to. As soon as I opened the door, the first thing this woman bellows is "Mask!", she doesn't ask for it kindly. She doesn't greet saying good morning or good afternoon. Yvonne is no way near up to standards."
"Unhelpful and would not recommend. GPs in youghal have too many patients which makes this particular one feel like they don't need to be courteous. Receptionist is also in the wrong job. Avoid if you can"
"worst experience i have ever had. I had to go 3 times in 4 months because they had misplaced my GP application. I take my husband with a terrible earache and he tells me that I should call to make an appointment (even though I was already there at the place) I call, and they tell me in the morning that the doctor will not see, that during the day he will call me to tell me the time. Since he wasn't calling me, I decided to do it at 11 and 15, so I decided to go in person to make sure they found my husband. Being in the place, the secretary says that ojeden will see my husband if he has a temperature. I told him I had a headache. but that Dr. would call me. so I decided to wait in front of the premises. Even though the staff knew we were there at the door, they closed windows and blinds at 5 o'clock. I was two hours at the door of the clinic and they did not treat me even though they had said yes. They are rude, heartless, and incompetent. worst"
