Reviews
"An absolutely wonderful and Charming Airport to travel from in Co Kerry - Its a Jewel in the Crown of the Kingdom of Kerry - it must be said - Its like times and traditions of old Ireland gone by - which are still very much alive and thriving here in Kerry Airport. One can only but admire also the most kind and considerate Airport staff - ready to assist and help your ever need. Truly a memorable experience."
"No check in as I had checked in online. Security was quick and easy. The plane was late but not the fault of the airport. Boarding went smoothly. No issues with the airport either on returning the next day. There is a footpath all the way from Farranfore to the airport if you want to get the train from Tralee. It takes less approximately 15 minutes, certainly less than 20 if you're used to walking like me, to get from farranfore train station to the airport. If booking a return train ticket from Tralee to farranfore, be sure to allow for flight delays for the return journey. I had to get a later train (2hrs after my scheduled one) because my flight from Dublin was delayed and landed just after my scheduled train time. There are taxis at the airport if you need to get to the train station in less than 15min or are prepared to splash out on a direct drive from the airport to Tralee."
"Only 1 Terminal with 2 gates. Very efficient airport. Security is very advanced - no need to remove laptops or liquid from hand luggage. Restaurant / bar very reasonably priced. Toilets spotless Ample parking. Free for drop off."
"Kerry Airport is nice and easy to drive into, small duty free area. There was plenty of room/ seating in the waiting area. Small pub inside. Toilets are nice and clean. Not a lot to say abothis venue buts it's nice and easy to fly into and out of. Staff are pleasant and polite. Give this review a thumbs up if you think this will be helpful for others."
