"If there was a zero star, this company would get it. Furiously disappointed! We ordered a mini bus a number of weeks ago to drop and collect from the city. The Company confirmed all was in order and we agreed on a price. A few hours before collection we were told that their driver was sick, hence couldn’t do the run and did not offer an alternative acceptable solution. Do not order from this company as they are not reliable and will not guarantee to meet your transport needs. They say they have a prompt service 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. East Cork Cabs you should rewrite your website and what you promise u do not deliver on!!"
"Ordered a taxi two days in advance, had to pay the day after it was ordered as their card machine wasn't working. Taxi never showed up. Called the next day and got accused of not paying, when I said I had proof on my banking app they just said that they were busy and forgot to tell their manager that I had paid. Completely useless, unprofessional service"

"Terrible. Avoid if possible. We booked a cab for a journey that was approx 6.4k (10-12 mins) when we got out we were told it would be €32 we were shocked. It was a silver people carrier. We were told that the driver had to come from Midleton when we asked about the fare (this isn’t our or any customers concern) We asked some locals if they felt that was the going rate and the universally disagreed and felt we got a bad deal. There didn’t look to be a meter running either which I understand legally needs to be on. Avoid this business."
