"I ordered takeout online and went into collect. Owner was there and I told him my name and was there to collect my order. He looked confused and asked if it was online. I told him yes and a member of staff showed me a docket with a phone number on it and asked if it was mine. Luckily it was as they shouldn't have shown it incase it was someone else's personal details. Owner told me next time I came to collect to give my phone number when I arrive instead. They went and got my order from the kitchen and handed it out. The name I gave when I arrived was printed on the docket attached to my order. Food was actually really good. Crispy wonton were fantastic and beef and blackpepper sauce had plenty of veg. It's a shame the owner is rude and abrupt. I might go back to driving out to carrigtwohill chinese again; much better customer service."

"Terrible staff. Collecting take away, they practically threw it on the counter and as good as out of reach. Over priced. 'New' menu is the same as the old one with much higher prices. The food is generally ok, hence the star."
"Food is generally very good however over the last few months issues with take away orders either not ready for collection on time or items missing from the prepaid order.Customer Service needs alot of work as when I raised these issues with them they don't accept responsibility & get defensive/argumentative. Top tip, if you make a mistake own it & apologise. Don't make excuses or argue about it. 2 Stars is for the good quality of the food."
