"Ordered and paid online for a meal at 535pm this evening, was given a time of 705pm to collect and was still waiting at 735pm coming from Cobh to the Midleton Ramen. Only for asking for the manager did I eventually get the 93€ meal which was short a portion of rice and the mild Thai curry ordered was very hot. I have been involved in improving business processes for over 24 years and it is rare to see such lack of order or inefficiencies in this type of business especially where Ramen is a mature business. I saw another take away meal returned as it had the wrong meals and other people were also waiting for their online orders well beyond the time allocated. I don’t blame the young people at the desk or indeed anyone working there but there didn’t seem to be any order or proper streamlined process in place and orders were continuing to be booked which was total madness. Management /owners badly need to get professionals in and fix their order replenishment processes and make them fully integrated with the cooking process - otherwise you will continue to have very stressful staff and unhappy customers. The shame is the food was very good but will not be going there again."

"Food is very nice but it is difficult to order from them. You cant put an order thru o. ver the phone, and when you attempt to order online it gives long lead times for collection and delivery. Today i attempted to order online at approx 5.30, and the soonest collection time was 6.40.. I dont live too far so went in instead, and ordered my food for takeaway and it was ready in 20mins, doesnt add up. Deffo pushing business away with inaccurate lead times on web, and not being able to ring them is also a big negative. 3 stars only as the food is great."

"Definitely not going again, we were 3 people and neither the three liked the place and food. Dirty and greasy glasses and dirty items on the table, we order pad thai, Singapore noodles, and sweets and sour chicken plate, all food looks like is dump in a bowl full of sweet and sour sauce, extremely sweet, greasy and there is no other flavor than the sauce itself. Terrible experience."

"It used to be my favourite place to eat once. I don't know if there's been a change in ownership, but the customer service there now is terrible. We were dismissed twice already when we wished to eat inside given the excuse that they had no time to clean tables. Really? At the same time, they would have no problem taking our order for a takaway. It's been really disappointing lately with Ramen. What's even more interesting they started to not take 8 before 8 orders excusing themselves they have supply shortages. When we visited at that time the kitchen was working like crazy and they had an enormous number of orders, so many that we had to wait another hour for a takaway. It didn't really look like they had any supply shortages... If anything they used this as an excuse to not give away cheaper food on the weekends. The deal was also unavailable on Halloween and Black Friday. Coincidence? All in all, food is still good, but there is a visible change in quality, unfortunately. Recently I got my Pad Thai swimming in soy sauce, so salty it was hard to swallow. I honestly hope you will get better, as for now, I decided to eat at a different restaurant."
