"Bought a wood burning stove (insert) from House of Heat, to replace an open fire. House of Heat were fantastic, giving practical & expert advice, without the "hard sell". Delivery time was very quick and they recommended an installer who was also excellent. The installation was extremely clean, with no issues. The stove is so much cleaner & warmer than the open fireplace, aside from the environmental benefits. Absolutely delighted with it...thanks to House of Heat. Would highly recommend this family business."

"We bought an insert stove from House of Heat recently. It's superb. We visited a number of showrooms in Cork before buying from them. House of Heat had the best showroom. We spoke to Marianne and Emmet who were friendly and very knowledgable about stoves and the timber to be burned in them. They advised us without a hard sell. A number of weeks later, we had more questions which were again answered without fuss. We then bought the Danish model which was fitted by Declan of Forrest Fires. He was recommended by House of Heat and he too was excellent. I've no hesitation in recommending House of Heat and the Danish stove we bought."

"STAY FAR AWAY!! Bought a pizza oven here and didn’t work from day one. Build quality is woeful, the peephole fell off after 1 use, instructions were in German and name of company was cut out of instructions so couldn’t even look up the brand. Went back with problems looking for help and everytime I returned more excuses were made until I asked to bring it back and I got told it’s my own problem and not theirs and I need to email the manufacturer themselves. Paid €500 for the oven at the beginning, getting up sold for the gas and wood version, to then then telling me it’s a cheap oven which I doubt they tell customers when buying the oven and the wood pellets(which would of saved us 150€) are better when asking to bring it back. Absolute disgrace of customer service if the product is faulty or doesn't work the customer can’t be in the wrong. I will not be coming back or recommending to anyone."
