"I rang ApplianceXperts on 28 September 2022. My first question: do you repair Samsung Ovens? He replied, we can repair them, yes. They do not work on Saturdays. I arranged an appt for today (5th Oct) at 1430 hrs, Was advised the engineer would ring 30 minutes before arriving. ApplicancXperts did not issue any confirmation text or email for my appointment following my initial phone call. When 1415 hrs rolled around, I rang to assure I was on their books. Initially, it appeared I was not on the books. In speaking with the engineer, the gentleman on the phone realized they decided not to proceed with my appointment bc there is a man in Cork- Dave O’Flynn, who specializes in repairing Samsung ovens. Problem # 1: failure to contact me to cancel this appt and inform me of cancellation BEFORE the date/time of my appt with ApplianceXperts. Problem # 2: They do NOT repair Samsung ovens as parts are reportedly difficult to get. Problem # 3: no follow up confirmation for appt- I really queried if this was a legitimate company. To their credit, they apologized for this blunder. If you do decide to use this service, assure you follow up with a phone call the day before your appt to avoid taking off work to facilitate the appt."
