"Re Celtic Interiors, St. Patrick’s Woollen Mills, Douglas, Cork In 2020, we decided to replace our kitchen in our holiday home in Kenmare, Co. Kerry as it was tired and not fit for purpose. We contacted a reputable Kitchen Supply company in Dublin, we live in Dublin but we have never replaced the kitchen in our own house since we moved in in 1996 so this was all new to us. The Dublin Company not surprisingly were not interested due to the remote location but they kindly gave us a recommendation for Celtic Interiors in Cork. We did the usual website search and made contact with one of their advisors, Declan Keane and so the project began. From the very first engagement, we found Celtic Interiors to be attentive, professional, imaginative and willing to help us at every stage of the Project. We had the added complication of Covid lockdowns during 2021 which obviously delayed matters but Celtic Interiors stayed with us through each stage. Telephone calls were following by Showroom meetings which were followed by on site discussions with Joe where we were able to tease out what we wanted, then the taking of measurements and ultimately, more Showroom meetings and a very detailed Quote for the work we required. We were informed of a likely Installation Date in June 2021, they arrived as promised and completed the work within the timescale advised. The attention to detail was very impressive, we got exactly what we hoped for and more. A few days after we got back into the house, we had an issue with one of the appliances – Joe arrived down the same day from Cork, just after the August Bank Holiday, identified the problem and immediately arranged for a replacement. This to us was a sign of a very reputable company showing what they will do to make sure a job is done right. Ashling McCarthy also dealt very efficiently with all of our questions during and after the Project and demonstrated huge patience! We also asked them to fit wardrobes in our 3 bedrooms, they did this to the same level and with the same efficiency as they did the kitchen. We love our kitchen from Celtic Interiors, it has transformed our house and we would not change anything in it.
