Also very helpful with suggestions and they are able to arrange adjustments as necessary to each individuals choice. I have bought many beautiful pieces here and it has always been a relaxed buying experience. Also I prevailed of there luxury piercing service with Janat who was great guided me through the various options and kept me calm and talked me through every step. I got my helix pierced and I couldn't believe how pain free this was. I would highly recommend this service as they use a hand pressure piercing instrument which I found was pain free compared to the other two times I've gotten my ears pierced with a gun. I went for the 14ct .10pt diamond and it fully healed within 3 months. Thank you so much for an enjoyable experience. See you soon ✨"
