"Extremely poor customer service. Order 1 item on the 14th of October, its now the 29th of December and it still hasn't arrived. Kieran doesn't answer emails -apparently he's too busy and short staffed. He doesn't return phone calls when he says he will. Has now stopped answering my calls and has not processed my request for a refund. Keep clear!! Buyer definitely beware with this guy."

"WARNING! BUYER BEWARE!!! Please heed this warning: there is a good chance you won’t get the products you pay for if you order from KB Sports. I spent 3 months dealing with these guys, trying to get them to fulfill a small order. Their customer service is odious, absolutely shameful. Read the other reviews, this was not an isolated incident. I payed for a jersey and a keeper’s hurl with grips. My order went unfulfilled and the weeks ticked by. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, thinking they must be busy. Eventually, I reached out and was given a lame excuse but promised my order would ship that week. More weeks passed and I reached out again. Another lame excuse and another promise to ship later that day. Guess what? That’s right, no order shipped. Then the best part: these guys straight up ignored my inquiries. I emailed for 2 weeks straight with absolutely no reply. Then the store owner, Kieran Bergin himself, reached out. He apologized and promised me he would procure my keeper’s hurl and have my order shipped by the end of the weekend. Another lie. After hearing from Kieran, I received an email saying my order was being partially refunded because of the ash blight. They were still planning on sending the 20 euros jersey and the 5 euros grip, which I now had no use for, all for 30 euros shipping. LOL. So after 3 months of being treated as irrelevant, I asked them to cancel my entire order. I refrained from telling them where to stuff their jersey and grips. Kieran wrote back again saying he would send the jersey and grips as compensation for my experience. BUT THEN NEVER DID!!! This would be comical if it weren’t so shameful. Needless to say, I would give zero stars if I could. And KB sports lost any of my future business. Get your jerseys from anyone else that won’t treat you like dirt. O’Neills is a huge company but they have impeccable customer service. Pretty much anybody besides Kieran Bergin Sports will treat you with dignity and not take your business for granted. Again, read the other reviews. I wish I had. My experience was not an isolated incident."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. My club ordered gear from this company and it was Christmas Eve before part of the orderers were delivered. A lot of stock missing and never delivered. We needed to get club members to help deliver them as a driver who was totally unfamiliar with Cork was sent down to deliver stock. I previously left a poor review but deleted on the request of Kieran but the customer service continued to be an absolute disgrace. So many excuses given as to why orders were not sent when they said they would be. And despite repeated requests our club never received the 5% of sales that was promised when we ordered the stock. Avoid this company. Stick with O’Neills, they may be more expensive but they actually deliver when they say they will."
