"Our crew called them up from the UK to get our bikes for the Ring of Kerry trip. They kindly allowed us to pick our bikes up before they close so that we could head out early morning before they open without charging us an extra day. Finding out that I will be soloing, not doing the Ring with the others, the owner kindly gave me his number just in case I need help. And I sure did. He sent over a friend to rescue me and the bike from in the middle of nowhere, and had his good bikeshop friend take care of my situation. When I go back to Killarney, he did not blame me at all. Not a single word! Thanks for the sweetness!"

"Rented an hybrid bike for a more than decent price: 15€ for the full day (until 6pm). Used it to cycle the gap of Dunloe. Zero issues with the bike, very smooth ride; was given a map, helmet, lock, pump and spare tube. The gentleman at the shop was super helpful. Absolutely recommend"

"Unfortunately I did not have the best experience renting bikes from here. I can't speak for other locations and perhaps we just caught them on a bad day. I had booked our bikes months in advance to cycle the Ring of Kerry. When we arrived to pick up our bikes the staff member who helped us seemed very frazzled and rushed. Honestly he was quite rude throughout the whole process of getting our bikes and accessories set up. He acted like we were a huge inconvenience and that asking to try a different size bike or like I had no idea what I was talking about when I asked for something. Later into the process another woman came to help and she was quite friendly and helpful. The bikes themselves were fine but not really suited to long distance touring. After renting much better bikes, for the same price in Galway, I realized how much of a difference having good bikes makes. I did appreciate that they let us return our bikes before opening hours which is why I am giving them 3 stars instead of 2. I would not rent from here again."

"My wife and I had a great time riding the gorgeous trails around Killarney, pulling along our 2 year old in the trailer. Rates were affordable, bikes are high quality, and service was great. To top it off, I thought they closed at 6:30 (it was 6), but since we were leaving town a next morning return was not possible. Despite this being my mistake, they came back and opened up for us to return that night. Highly recommended."

"GREAT place to rent a bike!! Mary, was very kind, her and her husband are the real deal - they started the original/1st bike rental in Killarney! 12.50 for all day rental for students and 15 for adults. We rented out our bikes around noon and she let us return them the next morning because they close at 6pm and we biked all the way to Ladies' View which had us biking till about 7pm. Great bikes, helmets and kits provided - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED :)"
