"I do enjoy getting quite a few bits and pieces in the shop but there is a floor manager with short brown hair over the shoe section who is nothing but completely rude. I left it slide the first time a few months ago when I saw her talking badly to a couple young fellas working under underneath her but today I have no other choice but to complain about her rude behaviour. She would practically throw the shoes at you. Then she just try’s to look busy doing other things after doing so. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour and all the rest of the staff are absolutely lovely."
