"Picked up an extra Box of tiles as I was doing an extension to my splash back. The guy said you can bring them back if you don’t use them as long as they are unopened. I had some spares already and I needed up not opening use new box. When I went to return them they said there is a 30 day limit as they batch may have changed of the tiles. I checked the current batch and it was the same so basically they could have refunded me they just didn’t want to. They said it was only one box of tiles anyway and I hadn’t spent as much as I said I had over the last few years. Some of the star tiles they did were rough texture and we only noticed when we went to mop them Once laid. Now they catch all the dirt while the good tiles stay clean. Poor quality and poor customer service."

Help you to choose the right tiles and bits for your bathrooms and kitchens. Zak took care of us on the day of purchase. All items promptly delivered 4th January as requested. Decided to purchase a fabulous sink and kindly brought out to our car out front . Our tiles we purchased prior to Christmas were Delivered by the kindest person Jason D'Arcy.
