"Thanks for the reply but we were the only customers in the store at the time. Went into the showroom looking for floors and tiles. Same as a few comments below, we walked to the counter to ask the girl some questions. We asked her one question and decided we would leave based on her rude and unhelpful response...pity because they have an excellent selection of floors and tiles!"
"There were many nice kinds of tiles in the showroom, but the after-sales service was shocking disappointed. After purchasing the floor tiles, I received the goods and found that they were some end batch and damaged (chiped/stained/colouring differences) tiles without packaging. There were many inventory inconsistent with what the sales staff said. I directly contacted the store, and the staff was unhelpful and ignored, I have been told thats the nature of the tiles.After nearly a week's negotiation by emails and many phone calls, I had to call in the store, I could only reluctantly make up another size. I would advise everyone to check the goods quality when you receive them. Don't sign and send it back if they are not the same as the showroom, once you signed, they will not return the goods. I was gonna getting more tiles for the bathrooms and yard,after the very disappionted experience, I will find somewhere else."
"Nice staff and good selection of tiles but you MUST do your own calculation of tiles required. They miscalculated mine, then refused to refund extra box as they have a blanket policy of no refunds. When I contacted staff to check the calculations they unfortunately had lost them."
