Would rather buy elsewhere than deal with that attitude and total lack of awareness. I should have read the bad reviews on google before wasting my time going into the shop. "I rang before calling to Slatterys. On the phone I asked what the turn around time was and I was told three weeks. However when I arrived at the shop one of the first things that the man behind the counter said was that I was looking at about six weeks. It was very clear that they didn’t want the business. Pity I wasn’t told this on the phone. Very disappointing experience."
"I would like to say a big thank you to Mike Slattery and Ziggy. I had my hallway carpeted, with loads of nooks and crannies, and the fitting was 1st class. Mike advised me what to get i.e. matting for the front door and a good quality carpet which wasn't too pricey and I love it"
"After making on line enquiries to find someone who would supply and fit vinyl flooring in our bathroom and shower room we traveled from Kenmare to Tralee. We shouldn't have bothered.After entering the store we were spoken at by a rather rude gentleman who wasn't interested in a sale, wasn't prepared to show us any product samples and basically said if we wanted anything fitting then forget it they have no staff. Perhaps our job was too small although we never discussed sizes ( not interested ). I would not recommend this business."
