"Really great on all areas. Food served quick and in a good manner and table was laid nicely and clean linen napkins not paper. Water brought to table straight away and after order prawn crackers. Just lovely. Toilets clean another plus for me."

"Like one of the other reviews I got no rice with my dinner that I had order for delivery. When I rang the restaurant they told me it would take an hour for them to deliver the missing item or I could come in and collect myself as I was unable to go into the restaurant I asked could they refund to my card I had paid with and was told this was no problem. No refund appeared on my account so I rang them again to be told I would get a call back which never happened so I had to ring again. Got a call from the very rude manager who said they would only refund me if I went into the restaurant and it wouldn’t be refunded to my card. Won’t be a customer again shocking customer service if you can call it that especially for a repeat customer."
"Very disappointed with my experience with pearls ordered sweet and sour 4 in 1 and the thing was a. Disaster the chips were all mush and the sauce tasted like they poured just ketchup on it I usually love going to pearls and think they have one of the nicest sweet and sour but this one was just not nice at all"
