"If I could give this girl less than 0 stars I would. She has absolutely no idea how to deal or speak to customers. My elderly mother whos nearly 80 was taking her King Charles down and was 10 minutes late for her appointment. Caroline was sitting on her phone inside and just said 'You're late I cant take him I have another client in 45 minutes'. So my mother asked for another appointments and was told she doesn't take appointments, she has a waiting list so my mother walked away. My mother rang me nearly in tears because she's not used to being spoken to like that. I rang Caroline about what she had said and was even worse with me. She basically said because he was late once she won't groom him again but if he was a regular it would be different, he would get another appointment. Said I should get another groomer. She was laughing at what I was saying and actually hung up on me. Disgraceful for a business owner."
