"Free admission to a wonderful little museum and beautiful park in the center of Killarney. The exhibits were very up to date (even had a few fun interactive sections!) and provided a great overview of the geographical and anthropological history of the house and park. The gardens out back are well kept and very peaceful after walking through the shops in town."
"There's so much to see and do here I highly recommend a visit for people of all ages. The gardens and vista are stunning. Visit the gallery for the best of local talent, while the house contains a mix educational, entertaining & interactive displays covering geology, biodiversity and the history of the area and the house itself and the people who lived there. A big shout out to Aishling who deserves credit for the warm welcome she gave us. Her enthusiasm for the place is infectious, it's a breath of fresh air to encounter someone with so much passion and interest in their work. A highlight for me was my close encounter with Polly the deer."
