"I got my finger sized here a month or two ago. Everyone else I have asked have gotten their finger sized for free, without a purchase of a ring, in other places. This was the nearest to me at the time; it costed me 10 euros to size it. Staff wasn't as polite as the rest of the reviews say, they gave snide remarks about my fingers while sizing. The size staff gave me wasn't even right either. They did try many sizes with me to get it but they weren't even close. They were 2 sizes off at a minimum."

"Great little place. Staff are lovely, will go out of their way to help you. Couldn't recommend it more! When on holidays, noticed a tiny break on my engagement ring, so came back here (as this is where the ring was bought) just to see if it could be fixed before it breaks. Turns out it's just a scratch, and they offered to clean and polish the ring for me free of charge."
"Incredibly poor quality products. Received a product that did not resemble what was ordered originally. Engravings were wrong and very poor quality, asked for my name to be put on a ring and it looked like a 5 year old did it , the name was also spelled incorrectly. When asked to fix the issues with the product I was essentially told to get lost and that it wasn't there problem anymore. Also refused to provide a refund for the product. Incredibly poor service."
"Honestly love going in here, the staff are friendly and very accommodating. Recently purchased wedding rings abroad and took them in for appraisal and subsequently lost my appraisal, the staff redid the appraisal without charge. I'm also blown away by the huge collection of high quality items with a much better price tag than some of the City jewelers."
