"I didn't get a good haircut. I would not recommend this place, plenty of better barbers around Ballincollig. Noreen's husband."
"Great barbershop! Staff is super, very nice. The haircut is top quality and was done nice and fast."
"Easily the worst service I've encountered in 20 years. 5 mins in and out , sneering in his own language to fellow workers about every customer that comes to the till beside him . This is probably due to the fact that Grafton's 20 euro adult charge means he has little chance of getting the few Euro tip outside of this. I actually gave him a fiver tip which flabbergasted him . It was only when I got home to see the post mortem (and bright light) did I realise the hatchet job that occurred. This lad certainly won't see much in the way of tips and I'd say he clocked out months ago. I'd asked him only 2 things - blend it in the bottom and just take the split ends off the top, but he was on autopilot and it wasn't even midday. No chat or even a smile , which is grand but just sheered me like a lamb and pulled the mirror out within 3-4 minutes max. When I told him I asked for it blended at the back , he let out a sigh and sheered for another minute. Used to go to original Grafton Barbers in Dublin and amazing to see if you franchise out a brand, without trying to maintain standards- how poor the service can drop. These lads are open on Sundays so grand place to sheer the kids but outside of that , spend your money in a place where the workers are happy."
"I have been going to the Grafton Barber’s for years and always admire their level of professionalism however this time it was anything but. I arrived 5 minutes before opening time and the doors were open. I was told to wait outside as the barber was shaving his own hair and was not exactly welcoming. When I was eventually told to come in a sit down by another member of staff who had just arrived it felt like I was an inconvenience. I asked for a fade which I was not happy with and felt uncomfortable through the whole 10/15 min experience. Whilst I full understand people have bad days this was an unacceptable level of service. I told the barber it was ok when he asked and left as quickly as possible due to my discomfort. I will not be going back to that particular branch of the Grafton Barber’s. Hopefully this was a once off!"
"Very impressed with my first visit here. I got exactly the haircut and style that I asked for. The barber understood the assignment. Left very pleased with my new haircut and will definitely return. I was slow to leave my favourite barbers until now, but the distance is just too much. Glad to find a good one in my area. Also, the queue was not long and enough working to fly through any that were waiting."
