"Worst McDonald’s around! Sent back my burger 3 times and still couldn’t get it right. Staff that were ‘working’ on this particular day and time, very rude, no care given towards customers. Definitely giving the McDonald’s in mallow a bad name.. Lady sitting next to me was waiting 30mins for a salad! Disgrace."
"I was there half an hour ago. The person on the phone didn't take half of my order which turned out when I went to pay. I was redirected to the car park, after 15 minutes of waiting I still didn't get my order so had to go there again. While I was waiting, 4 other people came to the window, probably exchanging something. And one question how long the milkshake machine is not working?"
"Just went there for food, was over charged for a meal that’s price is clearly displayed on the app. When mentioning this to the staff I was met with a very rude and obnoxious women saying it’s not her problem it’s what the computer says!! Cola was flat, meal was not great. Staff very rude, cue a mile down the road."
