"Understand going in that this is a Blue List estate on the country removed from the town and not a hotel. That said, it's a stately and beautiful place to find time to enjoy simpler things in life and truly relax in the countryside. The service, food, hospitality are world class and above anywhere else we've stayed. The natural scenery on our picnic lunch at the Blackwater river and tea with Bob and the other puppies were some of our daily highlights. Mallow is just a taxi away from this once in a lifetime type of stay. Thanks so much for making us feel special!"

"This is a hidden gem . It’s a magnificent self catering 6 bed house . Supplied with all the home comforts . It has a beautiful home feel through out the house. . The interior decoration is beautiful her attention to detail is perfect. I would highly recommend to visit this beautiful self catering house or the hotel . The dogs are old and super friendly."

"We were lucky with the most glorious sunshine while here, so it was an idyllic stay but not just because of the sun but because it’s a really high quality place. The dinner was amazing and the intimacy of it, the ceremony of the chef announcing the menu beforehand while we gathered for drinks in a drawing room. Most of the ingredients were from the garden. The service and friendliness first class but not intrusive, rooms huge. The views of the countryside are great as it’s up on a hill. I also like that it’s an easy taxi from Mallow station, most country houses mean you have to be a car driver vs. here which is nicely accessible."

"Aisling and William are exceptional hosts! We were travelling from Dublin on Friday evening and Aisling rang us on our way to make sure she was including us in the guest numbers for dinner. We swiftly checked in and were put at ease in the living room where we enjoyed a drink while William explained the evening's menu. What followed was one of the best meals I have eaten in Ireland and the rest of the weekend brought more of the same. This should be one of Ireland's top foodie destinations. We'll be back!"

"Thoroughly enjoyed our two night get away at Longueville house. This is definitely a place for foodies! William's cooking is fantastic and a great celebration of local and Irish food produce. I can recommend trying the house cider and was happy to be able to take some home with me. The grounds of the hotel are really lovely for walks and plenty to explore. I look forward to returning."
