"I wouldn't even want to give a star. We ordered doner box with chips and they took the order wrong and made doner kebab on pita bread. When we asked about it the lady started getting angry and raising her voice!! Totally disappointed with the way that lady behaved is this what they were taught about customer service!!!! They were not ready to change the order and spoke very harshly we cancelled the order and she said to throw in the dustbin. What kind of people do you hire!! Will never recommend this place to anyone until the staff learns the meaning of customer service"
"But I have noticed in recent Months the portion sizes have got very very small all the prices are gone up.and I didn't mind that. Last week, I got an extra portion of chips for 3.50 the amount of chips were very disappointing"
"Was told takeaway wait was 45mins,but had to wait a further 50 mins after that. When food came it was cold,delivery driver said it was restaurant fault as he was waiting for them to make order. In part of order I ordered a potato pie,but instead there was a burnt piece of chicken,I rang delivery driver and he said he was happy that I rang him because Vals ran out of potato pies and put chicken breast in instead! I said that it was far from a chicken breast,and I hadn't ordered it,but they still charged me €3.50 for it,he replied that he would ask manager to ring me. I haven't heard anything from them,they won't answer their phone.Vals should be avoided at all costs,their food and service is shocking.On receipt they charge 40cent for service,I wonder do they share all of these tips with their employees?? I very much doubt it!!!"
"Not nice to see the manager barking commands at the staff, deeply unprofessional. Have seen it more than once so it's not a one off, or a case of someone having a bad day. Very nice food though, currently the best chipper in town and have ordered from here many times."
