"Took ages to get our food some of the order was left out got coke zero which tasted musty"

"Two of my brothers went in yesterday, took about 10 minutes just to put the order into the till alone and another 5 to pay because the girl at the counter had no clue what she was doing, food came out they ordered a cheese pizza and a pizza with added chicken on it, pizza that they recieved was one cheese and one chicken supreme with loads of vegetables ham and a miniscule amount of chicken even though they specifically asked for chicken to ve added to a cheese pizza, they brought it back up and the girl at the counter called her manager, manager was a blonde female and extremely rude told them they did order that pizza even though they know they didnt bevause one of them wont even eat what was put on the pizza theyre friend ended up eating it and we believe they were disregarded because it was a grouo of teenage boys but most of theyre customer are teenagers, theyre money is as good as an adults and just because they are teenagers does not mean they should be disregarded and made feel stupid like that they ended up paying well over 20 euros for the two pizzas when adding chicken to a cheese pizza costs 1.75. Managment needs to be sorted out and they need to train theyre staff"

"This review is strictly for the Mitchelstown store. They'd want to train their staff and teach them some good manners. I might also suggest that the number allocation system is strictly adhered to unlike my order and several others that went "astray" due to the person not checking the ticket numbers when delivering the food to the waiting customers. I hadn't visited this outlet for several months and it has really declined. Looks like completely new staff and if so, then they've been thrown in at the deep end and are certainly not up to speed. Thats a Management problem and needs to be addressed. The food was good hence the rating. If it was for service alone it would be 1 star."

"I always find it difficult to rate any Supermac's including this one because the service is always good, friendly and accommodating. But the waiting times for food is often quite long compared to the average fast food experience and I can only assume that is due to it being made fresh which is probably worth the wait."

"Probably the last time I ordered anything here. 12 inch pizza, chicken burger wait 45 min +. Inside, three tables were occupied, and one of them was already having lunch. after 45 minutes of waiting - potatoes are cold, do not bring drinking. what's going on with you ???"
