"I had a really bad experience here today, I was getting my brothers haircuts for my wedding. Barber asked what I wanted them to get, so I asked for a fade, he then asked what I wanted. So again, I asked for a fade and whilst I was talking he cut across me and said “I understood that part”. Really aggressive. Not appreciated. I understand people have bad days, but lashing out at customers because they don’t want a skin fade surely isn’t the way to operate as a business. We won’t be back."

"Usually book online with booksy for after work. I checked online to chance they had a free time slot, see this evening for 615 was free, turned up early about 5 mins, sat patiently for 15 mins and they didn't honor their online booking as they were still 3 people ahead of me. If your not going to use a booking why have one? Had to leave as had an appointment at 7. Disappointing as the booking was confirmed by email 20 mins prior to the booking"

"Seem to do a good job on haircut. Not cheap but they do provide free drinks/snacks and there are customer toilets. Main issue I had on last visit was that I made a booking (they offer bookings via Booksy) and turned up on time for my appointment but then just had to wait over 40 minutes while they continued to operate on a first-come-first-served business even though I'd made one of the staff aware of the booking when they were available. I've no problem waiting my turn when necessary but please don't offer a booking service and then ignore bookings made on it. It's a waste of everyone's time."

"Great haircuts at a very good price, very friendly staff and have always been very happy with my haircut here too. Online booking is available too, which is a huge plus for me if I need a haircut but am busy"

"Place is never really all that busy. Can book online through Booksy. Staff are very friendly. Had my hair cut by Ali and Diana before. Both did a great job."
