"Horrible experience in Peter Mark in Blackpool on Saturday 30th of July. I have always used Peter Mark for colouring but my most recent experience was unacceptable. Left over an hour for a T-Bar of highlights to develop even though from getting highlights for the last 5 years my hair needs a max of 30/40 mins to fully develop. After my hair was washed out I stated to the hairdresser that the highlights where way to bright and if she could apply a toner as I was so unhappy with the colour. Unfortunately I was told it was not possible and that I needed a patch test, even though after speaking with another Peter Mark salon patch tests also apply to highlights not just toners, so by right I should have been patch tested for highlights also but this was not done. My hair is now like straw after the product being left in too long and a colour that does not match my hair. No action was taken to rectify the situation. For such a high reputation brand this service in unacceptable."
