"I have been going to Just Cuts for years now and have always been happy with the service, however my last visit left me so upset I won't be returning again. Instead of the sleek, straight blowdry I usually receive, this time I was left with a frizzy curly mess. When I questioned the girl she said my hair 'wasn't suitable' for a straight blowdry, and that I made her job very hard because my hair was 'about 20 different lengths'. I asked her why it was so frizzy after she'd finished and she said its because I don't look after my hair, and I need 'to turn down the heat in the shower or else use a shower cap'. I couldn't believe I was paying her to look like I had just rolled out of bed. None of the other girls have ever had a problem blowdrying my hair, but unfortunately this experience has put me off the place."
