"Tried to make an appointment called in on a Monday at 2p.m..1 person was getting a colour done. Person behind counter had head buried in paperwork I stood there for 5 mins she never even wrecked me... Was about to leave when she seen me I asked for a wash and blow dry bear in mind only 1 customer that I seen. She told me she couldn't fit me in... I would love the owner to wee this turning away easy business. If it was the owner that turned me away you could have fit me in from 2pm to 5.30 anywhere on a mo day... But you didn't.. Poor business management."
"Loved getting my hair cut here. In a different salon previously I was told my hair was too fine for layers, but Fusion did a great job and gave me exactly what I asked for. The lady who cut my hair was very gentle and the experience was extremely pleasant over all."

"Very bad experience... I was looking for a quick hair cut. Which was done, but the hair was not blow-dried when I left the place, so I couldn't see the final result before I arrived home. It was very unequally cut and my only option now is to keep it up until it will be sort of longer and go to a different place... where I will look for a way to fix the disaster... Very disappointed to pay money for something a 5 year old could have done to my hair."
