"This is not the professional salon it was pre lockdown. New staff, terrible terrible atmosphere and totally over priced. Was left waiting 35 mins after my colour with wet hair for cut. Had a been a very regular customer for over 2 years and always came home very happy and was happy to pay that bit extra as I always considered it a five star salon. My sylist always listened and advised me. Sadly not today, had 2 new members of staff colour and cut even though I had requested on booking my old stylist, who was not mentioned at all and no explaination as to where she was. Came home so so disappointed with the whole experience and most importantly my colour and cut. Hence this review which I am not in the habit of doing, but am so frustrated and disappointed having waited so long to have my hair done. I won't be returning and definetly won't be recommending."
