I’ve been sold a big bottle (1l) of shampoo, because she didn’t have a small one, but I was assured that it’s brilliant, but when i brought to refund, because it was actually really bad for my hair, she refused to refund."
"Great selection of salon products: shampoo, conditioner, scissors, hairspray, hair dying for a reasonable price. Come in the morning when it is quiet. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. It is wheelchair accessible. There is wheelchair accessible parking."
"Worse ever service by them . We order 7 weeks ago and still didn't get anything what we asked for . Every week staff giving new date and every week we travel 35m to get what we asked at the moment we spend more on fuel then price if product. Never go to shop from here . Every one simple saying next week next week and now last time new story tomorrow tomorrow and now I'm going tomorrow again 9th time . Yesterday manager promised me our main manager will call at 10am still no sign we paid and now we have to beg them ."
