"The staff here are very helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to help you. There's a decent range of products and they support local businesses. The prices aren't too bad either-some things are more expensive than other supermarkets but not everything is."

"Friendly local. Previously Was absolutely excellent as Centra, won awards, had excellent customer service. Paddy owner was always around and Lisa too kept the place A standard. Now Since expanding and changing to SV, seems to be more under Musgrave control and culture, an obvious downturn! Staff numerous, giving local employment but underpaid, often untrained. Musgrave policy seems to be pay much less than minimum pay under excuses of lack of experience! Staff trying but under difficult environment. Very poor stock management. Meat often gone off prior to bbd. Have given survey feedback numerous times to no avail. Watch the special offers. Often the label is left as false advertising post the end date of the offer. Read the very small date print on the special offer labels before you pop them in your basket as often you will be charged full rate at the till. Slow to update labels but very quick to update charge prices. Only a matter of time before competing store opens and the gravy train comes to a halt."
