"This place is not open when they say they are. We showed up at 10:05pm and the doors were closed in our faces. Their advertised hours were until 11pm. When you claim to be open later than any other food place in town, BE OPEN! There were at least six groups of people that all showed up prior to your claimed closing time and were denied. It is absolutely unfair that you advertise being open until 11pm and decide willy nilly that you just don’t feel like it. Please don’t try to give me some sob story about Covid affecting you. You were staffed and had the demand waiting in line. Update your website if you had staffing issues! Also, when you refer people to your physical hours sign, maybe make sure it’s not upside down. It’s 2021 and when you have great reviews people plan their evenings around enjoying your pizza. You disappointed many of us."
