"We've looked up the maps in search of a cheese shop and stumbled upon this place by chance- and lucky us! We had a chance to meet Mai, the extraordinarily warm and welcoming proprietress. We got milk and cheese- and not just any cheese, mind you, but a full and a bit piquant variation to the French Gruyere, a cheese I haven't ever encountered in Ireland. I hope we will have a chance to visit the Farm again in full season. Thanks so much and all the best for you and your grandchildren!!!"
