My mother was embarrassed to tell me how disappointed she was. I complained to the manager. After following up by email with no response, I called them and they advised they do not offer refunds (surprise surprise), only a gesture of goodwill. A further flower arrangement, which was equally as dismal. Will never order from this company again."
