"Living overseas was always going to be a challenge when trying to get some flowers to our Mum in a care home on Christmas Eve. She was only admitted at the last minute and most flower shops would not take any orders for delivery until after the Christmas period. But not Flowers by Rasa!! Having messaged them they responded almost straight away and kept communicating with me even though i know it was way past their closing time. The end result was an amazing bouquet delivered to Mum which she absolutely loves and which has certainly brightened her room. I cant thank this business enough for what the did for us and their communication was fantastic all the way through, even sending me a picture of the bouquet before it was delivered.
