"I have booked many properties for staycations or work before and this one is by far the best in cleanliness, decor and general area! It was perfect for children as well - 2 smart TVs to avoid arguments which is rare to find! Felt very secure as well and property people were regularly checking in to make sure we were okay. Only downside is bathroom is downstairs but still won’t stop me from booking with them again! Thank you for a great stay!"

"Had an extended stay, and this really was a home from home, and more! Convenient shop just steps from the door, plenty of private and secure parking - and most importantly a really nicely done and comfortable interior. If letting short term in the area - i wouldn't consider any other option other that 53 degrees. A lovely family run business, that were helpful, supportive and friendly. thank you so much!"
"This is a very comfortable, well furnished and extremely clean property in a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance of town, parks and shopping. The hosts were quick to respond and very helpful, and the auto check-in and check-out were quick & easy. Parking on the street was consistently availiable within steps of the house. Highly recommend!"
"Booked this property for dad and a few friends for Chester Racing. They loved the property, clean and well presented. It was very handy for the town centre and closest amenities were only a few minutes walk away. The communication has been first class - from booking, during their stay and vacating. Very quick to respond and attentive. 10/10 all round!"
