"Tried to book my dog in here and even though she is registered they refused to give her an appointment because she hasn’t had to go before. If they won’t give an appointment how is she ever going to go? The problem she has says it needs vet attention asap but these aren’t interested My second dog clearly has an ear infection and keeps loosing his balance to the point he fell down a couple of steps but not serious enough? He could of hurt him self quite bad. Still no appointment Rude lady i spoke to and now having to look for another vets to register my dogs at should never have changed in the first place! Always been good in the past but just recently rubbish! :-("
