"The apartment is ideally located for the beach, shops and all amenities. We stayed in apartment 1 and it was spotlessly clean and the owner could not have been more welcoming or helpful. He provided a very generous welcome pack including bread, butter, jams, tea, coffee, milk and sugar. The flat was comfortable and nicely furnished and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We had a baby with us and the cot and highchair were beautifully clean and the floors and carpets were also clean enough for her to crawl on. If you are looking for a convenient and reasonably priced holiday home, we will would cert recommend this apartment."

"This was a last minute booking as we were coming to Bridlington for the Art Waves event at the Spa. This apartment has proved ideal for us and our Jack Russell. We booked the ground floor apartment which is bright, clean and spacious. The owner, Dave has been extremely helpful and the apartment has everything we need for a week away. The provision of tea, coffee, bread and milk when we arrived was much appreciated. It is close to the beach ( although the dog friendly area is a bit further along) and ideal for the Spa. As the name suggests it is on the sunny side of the street and the seating area outside, though very small, is a veritable sun trap. Parking has been easy and the parking permit has been very useful. Excellent value - we would have no hesitation coming here again if we come back to Bridlington."
