"Ordered some school uniform for my daughter, recieved a message to say some of my order was ready only a few days after placing the online order, I collected it the day after, I was told the rest of my order will hopefully be in soon but it may be a couple of weeks, I appreciated this information because it made me feel good that the were acknowledging I had some order left to collect. (I already knew this from the information given to me online when ordering), I then collected the remainder of my order only a few days later. Both times staff have been friendly, approachable, informative and helpful. I'll definitely be doing my school shopping here from now on. Great service overall"
"Always a very stressful experience. Why can’t I just walk in, pick what I want, pay and leave? Usually takes at least an hour for what should take 10 mins. Seems to be run by students on their summer break. Very disorganised and over priced. Will try and avoid next year."

"Either I am the most unlucky customer they have or the experience they offer is just consistently abysmal. Missing orders, items sent to the wrong store every time I have had the misfortune to have to order items from them. 3 times in total each time something is wrong. And when it is their customer service is about as much fun as a trying to book an appointment with the doctor! No calls back, calling to chase it's just the worst. I would say go elsewhere but you can't as it's the only company that sells the branded school uniform I need!"
