"I ordered a peri peri wrap and peri peri burger. Both were tasting awful and not fresh. The chicken inside the wrap was uncooked. I asked them for a refund and they said they can't. It seems they can send what ever they like because it is an online order. Never recommend....."

"Ordered Saturday 10th December 2022 noticed prices have increased but placed order anyway due to past service being good. Everyone knows the value box used to good here. So I ordered two value boxes paid £16 they arrived no plastic wrapping on the food box to keep it warm. Therefore the food was Luke warm very little sauce to think they were rashening it. The donner was okish but the sfc was bland and tasteless to the point it felt like they had been freezing it to keep it fresh. Won’t be returning anytime soon."

"Been a regular customer for years now however quality has dropped vastly, food is either under cooked or over cooked and on multiple occasions have found hair in my food! And when called the staff seem to think its a laugh lol the fact that their hygiene is atrocious and they find it funny its a disgrace they should be shut."
