"Seems good but they're not. Was recommended EYDC by family, they came out to give a quote and everything seemed great to begin with. Our completion date got delayed a few times and they were really understanding which I was reassured by. Finally got a confirmed completion date and emailed to arrange removals, no reply. After a couple of days tried again, no reply. The day before we were due to complete I called to be told they had already booked me in for the next day, which we weren't prepared for as we didn't have to move out to complete on the new house, and they certainly hadn't informed me. On the day after waiting an hour after they were supposed to arrive I called to find out where they were, they eventually arrived 2 hours after they were supposed to, with no explanation and with a bit of an attitude really. The removal itself seemed ok, although a week later we are noticing more and more of our things have been damaged in the move (things that have managed to survive my wife and I hiring a van and moving ourselves before). The real kicker came when paying, when they tried to gouge me for an extra £50 for picking up a sofa from another location, despite me having discussed this at the original quote visit. Luckily everything was discussed and agreed over email so I had the quoted price in black and white and didn't back down, but I can imagine someone on their own or someone less comfortable with confrontation wouldn't have felt able to stand their ground. Overall very disappointing, especially given they were highly recommended by family, so maybe I got unlucky, but I certainly won't be using them again"

They have been delivering anything up to 40/50 items of French Furniture per week for us since the beginning of the contract.
