"Given 1 star because Google won't allow zero stars. Booked taxi 3 days in advance to pick us up after wedding, didn't turn up. When I called to ask where he was, got told nothing in diary. No apology. Absolutely awful service, avoid at all costs. Doesn't deserve any customers. Left us struggling to find a lift home. Further to the firms comment, we did book the taxi, I have a call record to prove it. Secondly we were still in the hotel car park trying to find an alternative company to pick us up until 1am, Greg's never turned up and never tried to contact me. Also if I didn't book it as they claimed, why would they then say they came anyway?"
