"I don’t often write reviews, but Little Knox went the extra mile. They lent me a car so I could make my dental appointment, no charge. I didn’t have to fill in any forms, just a quick read of the T&Cs then sign the agreement. When they called me to say my car was ready, I returned theirs and found mine on their drive good as new. I felt a little guilty about the free courtesy car; I normally pay for this when Honda service the car, so put three times the amount of petrol in than was needed. James was genuinely shocked and said I shouldn’t have done that, but I was so impressed with the service and price, l felt it right to give a little more. Having backed into a low wall I was expecting a bill of about £500, but paid just £216. Added to that, James was friendly and courteous, made the whole business an antidote to that stupid wall driving into me!"
