"I phone this morning as our washing machine door would not open. Jay answered the phone straight away and said he would be with me in a couple of hours. As promised, he called me when he was outside my house. Social distancing was adhered to and he wore plastic gloves also. He managed to fix the door within half an hour. Absolutely delighted with the service, the price and the fact he is a really nice genuine bloke. I am not surprised that this company gets consistent 5 star reviews as they are first class.
