"A brilliant, friendly and super quick service! Thank you for the incredibly quick turnaround to get us a Liebherr fridge for use in our new office. Even though the fridge is meant to be a graded one, I couldn't see any defects whatsoever on it, so not only is it brand new with a full warranty, it was cheaper than going through the main dealers! "I was initially extremely impressed by this company but this quickly turned sour when they continually promised and failled to call me back. They are great at responding to the initial set of communications but after that you are only able to get hold of them if you call, despite repeatedly been told by both Ian and Daniel that they would call me back to assist me in placing the order over a number of days. If its this difficult to place an order with the company it must be horrendous once you have paid money over to them! I would seriously think twice before placing an order with this company."
