"Excellent service. My son was getting no joy with his insurance company after a no fault accident so we took his car here on a Friday morning. By the same afternoon they had sent the quote to the insurance company. They chased the insurance company for us for sign off and a week later my son has his car back. "Staff were very good at time of work being carried out, the price was very reasonable aswell. I was looking to get the car wrapped after painting so I wanted it as close to perfect as possible, months later comes to wrap I’m left with a few imperfections/run lines. I think for the price the work wasn’t too bad but it will 100% need repainting again somewhere else before I can book it in for a wrap due to the nature of the runs and where they are they’ll stand out a lot. Overall not too bad but work quality on the painting itself was low"

"After being involved in a minor Collison, my insurance company were trying to write my vehicle off. They didn't understand that it was a specialist vehicle that had been modified for work purposes, and were massively under valuing it. That evening, I decided to send an email to VCR to see if they would be able to help. I received a phone call from Chris first thing the following morning, saying that they would be able to help and to bring the vehicle down so they could take a look and evaluate the damage. After evaluating the damage they confirmed that the vehicle was repairable, and that there's no justification to write it off. Over the next few weeks, Chris worked very hard to argue and prove to the insurers that it should be repaired. Eventually he managed to get them to authorise repairs. Can't thank Chris and the staff at VCR enough for their hard work and determination in saving my vehicle. I would highly recommend them."
