"Appalling service! We were promised our car would be repaired and delivered on Friday, confirmed twice on the day am and pm. No car delivered , no communication no car for us to go to work or drive our kids to school for Monday. Website says open on Saturday no response when calling. Took a taxi their shop is closed ! Will be claiming for a rental car or loss of earnings."
