"They have my Samsung TV which is covered by a Domestic & General warranty. Despite telling me 1 week ago that the repair would be completed shortly I have heard nothing more and cannot get a response from them. Their telephone number always goes to voicemail and they ignore my emails. Not sure what to do now but will probably go to their premises and see if they actually exist!!! UPDATE: I have now received an email and hopefully I will now be kept informed as to how the repair is progressing!"
"Initially I thought they were slow in replying to my voice messages but after speaking with the young lady, I realised that in fact they are a good company. Living alone (and more so with this virus pandemic), my TV is all I have to keep in touch with the outside world and not having my TV right now is frustrating. My Samsung TV has a problem with the USB and suddenly stopped showing content from my external drive. Speaking with the lady today, she was kind enough to offer to have a TV dropped off to me to loan while I am waiting for a new USB board to be replaced. I very much appreciate this kind gesture. "Two months ago, i took my amplifier to them for a repair, i was quoted a two week period to resolve the issue, after 6 weeks of no contact and numerous phone calls to them for an update, there was still no progress. i called to say i would simply come and collect it as we were no further forward and was told it had been repaired, but i was unable to collect it until the end of the week. due to my work commitments i was unable to collect it that week, but indeed picked it up the following week, however when i got it home it was still broken and exactly as id left it, i returned the amplifier immediately, and was told it would be looked at the very next morning, a further 2 weeks passed with again no communication, no apology and complete frustration, subsequent calls to them encountered a voicemail advising to contact via email, so completely frustrated and 8 weeks down the line i complained and asked for a full refund and to collect the amplifier, which i did the next day, the most disappointing aspect was at no time was any of the issues i raised as poor service explained or apologised for. appalling, embarrassing and wholly inadequate."
